How to use

Good to know
Do not overheat: 20–30 seconds in the microwave is enough; overheating dries out the herbs and can burn the eyelids — always test the temperature on your wrist. Do not use on open eyes, on damaged skin, with eye inflammation (conjunctivitis, stye) or right after eye surgery — only with your doctor's approval. If you are allergic to herbs or essential oils, test your reaction first. Do not wet — the rice and herbs will go mouldy. This is a relaxation product, not a treatment for eye diseases.
Storage
In a dry place, in a resealable bag — the aroma lasts longer. Do not leave in a humid bathroom. When the aroma fades, add a couple of drops of essential oil to the fabric.
FAQ
How many times can it be used?
Hundreds of times — until the herbal aroma fades, usually several months. The rice can be heated indefinitely.
Can I use it without a microwave?
Yes: place it on a warm radiator or in a warm dry oven (50 °C) for a few minutes. Or use it cold. Do not heat on a stove and do not wet it.
Isn't it too heavy?
The weight of the rice is part of the effect: gentle pressure on closed eyes relaxes, like a weighted blanket. If it feels unusual, start with 5 minutes.
Can I use it with contact lenses?
Better to remove them — heat on lenses dries the eye.
Does it help with dark circles?
With morning puffiness — yes, used cold. Dark circles from lack of sleep or genetics are not removed by a compress.
How do I clean it?
Dry cleaning only: wipe the fabric with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry. Do not wash.
