The Dry Brush technique means applying toothpaste to a dry toothbrush without adding water. After brushing, the paste is spat out but teeth are not rinsed with water. How to Use (Dry Brush Method)
- Rinse mouth with water or use dental floss to remove food particles.
- Apply a pea-sized amount to a DRY toothbrush — do not wet the brush.

- Spit out the excess toothpaste — do NOT rinse with water.
