Drinkable supplements and syrups
Thai drinkable supplements and syrups: collagen jelly, vitamin shots, herbal and children's syrups
The drinkable form is the most Thai one: 7-Eleven fridges are full of small BRAND'S bottles, Jele Beautie collagen jellies, Donutt powder drinks and Royal D electrolytes. Over 60 products: beauty jellies and drinks, vitamin shots for eyes and immunity, noni and mangosteen juices, herbal cough syrups, children's multivitamin syrups and electrolyte drinks from Jele Beautie, Donutt, BRAND'S, Watsons, Mamarine, Nin Jiom and Handy Herb.
How to choose
Check the active amount per serving: collagen jellies carry 1,000–10,000 mg per sachet, shots a share of the daily vitamin allowance. Check the sugar: jellies and shots contain sugar or sweeteners. Glass 42–50 ml bottles are heavier and fragile — for gifts and yourself; sachets and powders are lighter and cheaper to ship. Children's syrups strictly by the age on the pack.
Good to know
Drinkable supplements are not medicines and do not replace food. Vitamin shots contain high doses of fat-soluble vitamins — one serving a day, not combined with other complexes. Cough syrups relieve a symptom; with high fever or a cough lasting over two weeks, see a doctor. Honey — not for children under one year.
Questions and answers
Does collagen jelly work?
Hydrolysed collagen at 2,500–10,000 mg a day over 6–8 weeks is supported by studies for skin firmness; jelly is simply a convenient form.
How do you ship glass bottles?
Each one wrapped separately in a padded box; breakage is rare, and we replace or refund if it happens.
Do they need refrigeration?
Not before opening; drink an opened bottle or sachet at once. They taste better chilled.
