Powders
Thai powders: collagen, fibre, chlorophyll, Ya Hom, tooth powders and masks
Powder is the Thai form for everything you dissolve, brew or apply: Japanese collagen peptides in Ime and Donutt sachets, soluble fibre by Vida and Donutt, Preaw chlorophyll, fragrant Ya Hom for nausea, Viset-Niyom and Supaporn tooth powders, Madame Heng turmeric mask powder, Pises antibacterial powder, Tonk-KKK electrolytes. Over 50 products.
How to choose
Collagen — check the mg per serving (2,500–10,000) and the form: di- and tripeptides absorb fastest; unflavoured dissolves in coffee, flavoured in water. Fibre — one sachet in the evening with 250 ml of water, start with half a dose. Ya Hom — a pinch under the tongue when feeling faint. Tooth powders — mild guava ones daily, salt and charcoal ones 2–3 times a week. Powders are the lightest and cheapest form to ship.
Good to know
Oral powders are dietary supplements, not medicines. Always take fibre with water and two hours apart from medication. Collagen is fish-derived — not with seafood allergy. Do not swallow tooth powder. Electrolytes do not replace a doctor if vomiting or diarrhoea lasts over a day, especially in children.
