How to choose
Back and joints — a warming Tiger Balm patch overnight; a fresh bruise — cooling; the knee — the thin Neobun-Gel. A child's fever — Koolfever by age (there is an infant size) on the forehead or neck as an addition to fever medicine, not a replacement. Blocked nose — Happy Noz on pyjamas. A pimple — a hydrocolloid patch overnight. Countryside and hiking — citronella patches on clothing, replaced every 6–8 hours.
Good to know
Patches relieve symptoms: pain lasting over a week, fever above 38.5 °C for over 3 days in a child, or an abscess with redness and throbbing need a doctor. Pain patches — not on broken skin, no longer than 8–12 hours, no heating pad on top; methyl-salicylate patches not for children under 12. Koolfever — away from eyes and mouth. Aroma patches — on clothing, not skin.
Questions and answers
Does Koolfever bring the temperature down?
No — it cools the forehead and eases discomfort for several hours; fever is lowered by medication on a doctor's advice.
How do I use acne patches?
On clean, dry skin over a ripe pimple for 6–8 hours or overnight; the patch turns white as it absorbs — remove and discard.
How is the order shipped?
From our warehouse in Thailand with a tracking number; patches are flat and light.
