Thai herbs and supplements in capsules
Capsules are the largest section of our health range: in Thailand almost every traditional herb — turmeric, garcinia, noni, andrographis, gotu kola, black sesame, lingzhi mushroom — is sold this way, 350–500 mg of dried herb or extract per capsule, with no taste and an exact dose. Over 250 products from Thai pharmacy brands such as Thanyaporn Herbs, Herbal One, Vistra, Kongka Herb, Khaolaor, Mega We Care and Handy Herb, plus vitamins, minerals, omega-3 oils, collagen and biotin.
How to choose
Thanyaporn and Kongka Herb capsules usually contain ground herb (400–500 mg); Herbal One and Vistra use concentrated extracts, so the dose is smaller. Bottles of 60 or 100 capsules last one course of 3–7 weeks at 2–3 capsules a day. Thai FDA registration numbers are shown on the packaging.
Good to know
Everything here is a dietary supplement or herbal product, not a medicine. It does not treat disease or replace a doctor's advice. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic condition or take medication — some herbs interact with drugs. Each product page has a "Good to know" section with its specific precautions.
