Heart and blood vessels
Thai products for the heart and blood vessels: garlic, ginkgo, omega-3, safflower, cordyceps
Plant-based and dietary support for the heart and circulation that Thais have used for generations: odourless garlic extract for cholesterol and blood pressure, ginkgo biloba for circulation, safflower, noni, lingzhi, cordyceps, omega-3 from salmon and fish oil, coenzyme Q10. About 60 products from Thanyaporn, Herbal One, Vistra, Kongka Herb, Mega We Care and Yanhee, plus herbal capsules for varicose veins and haemorrhoids.
How to choose
Prevention after 40 — omega-3 daily, garlic in 2–3 month courses, Q10 for fatigue. Cold hands, tinnitus, a "heavy head" — ginkgo for 1–2 months. Heavy legs and spider veins — gotu kola and herbal vein capsules plus a cooling gel. Start with one product and add another after 2–3 weeks.
Good to know
These are supplements and herbs, not medicines: they do not replace blood-pressure drugs, statins or anticoagulants. Ginkgo, garlic, omega-3, safflower and lingzhi thin the blood — do not combine with warfarin or aspirin, and stop two weeks before surgery unless a doctor says otherwise. Blood pressure above 140/90, chest pain, shortness of breath or swelling need a cardiologist.
Questions and answers
Which omega-3 is best?
Look at the EPA+DHA content per capsule, not the total fish-oil weight; 500–1,000 mg EPA+DHA a day is enough for prevention.
Can ginkgo be taken continuously?
In 1–3 month courses with breaks; continuously only with a doctor's knowledge, especially alongside drugs affecting clotting.
How is the order shipped?
